MFG National Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and mobile applications, including those released under the Hotbed Games name. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We may collect information you choose to send us, such as:
- Name and email address (when you contact us or create an account)
- Messages submitted through support or contact channels
- Account credentials, if an app offers accounts (stored securely)

When you use our apps or website, we may collect:
- Device information (type, operating system version, and identifiers needed for basic operation)
- Usage data (features used, session timing, in-app interactions)
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
- Crash and performance data used to improve stability
1.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in with a third-party service (for example Google Sign-In), we receive basic profile information according to your permission. We do not receive your password from those services.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our apps and website
- Respond to support requests and questions
- Send important service notices and updates
- Understand usage so we can improve quality
- Detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for third-party marketing.
3. Sharing
We may share information only in limited cases:
- Service providers who help us run the service (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under appropriate agreements

6. Account deletion
If you have an account in one of our applications, you may request deletion of the account and related personal data at any time:
- In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account (where available)
- By email: Write to privacy@mfgnationalholdings.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and the email or username for the account
We process requests within 30 days. Some information may remain in anonymized form or where law requires retention.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact privacy@mfgnationalholdings.com to exercise these rights.
8. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Third-party links
Our apps or site may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies.
10. Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics tools (for example Firebase Analytics or similar) to understand how apps are used. These providers process data under their own policies. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles for sale.
11. Google Play data safety
For each app on Google Play, the Data Safety section of the listing describes what that app collects, how it is used, and whether it is shared. Those disclosures are intended to match this policy.
12. Users in the EEA (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, we process data under applicable legal bases such as contract performance, legal obligation, consent, and legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
13. California residents (CCPA)
California residents may request to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion, and opt out of “sale” of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Contact privacy@mfgnationalholdings.com.
14. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
